Uturn is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who will play a crucial role in optimizing sales processes and managing the sales tech stack to support a company’s growth and efficiencyThis includes assisting with all aspects of Sales Administration across opportunity management, CRM solution excellence, sales administration, and the contracting processExperience in the AWS ecosystem is preferred but not required

What You’ll Do

  • Administering and managing key sales and operations tools: Tools like HubSpot, AWS Partner Network, and Azure Dev Operations. 
  • Troubleshooting and refining sales processes: Ensuring sales flows and systems are efficient. 
  • Maintaining data quality: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales data. 
  • Training team members: Providing training on sales processes and systems. 
  • Collaborating with other departments: Working with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales strategies. 
  • Developing sales strategies: Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies. 
  • Monitoring sales performance: Analyzing sales data and performance trends to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Sales forecasting: Developing and maintaining sales forecasts to predict revenue streams. 

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field

Experience

  • 3-5 years in in sales enablement, operations, or sales management
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid technical background
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • People not afraid to take risks
  • Individuals passionate about technology
  • Self-starters with track records of success
  • Team players 

Benefits

Salary range for this position is $55,000 –  $85,000 per year based on experience and skillset.
